Rules and Policies
Contestants:
- All performances must be in a "G" rating form. There will be absolutly NO swearing, rude dressing or performances allowed.
- There must be an adult/guardian for each contestant. Each child or group must have an adult representing them at the expo. The adult must be 21 years of age or older.
- All registration forms MUST be filled out completely. We must have all required information on the registration forms for the contestant to perform. NO EXCEPTIONS
- All registration fees MUST be paid in full at the time of registration.
- Contestants will be required to sell 4 tickets
- Contestants MUST be on time for their stage call If the contestants stage call is missed the contestant will be disqualified and NO REFUND will be given
- All contestant music must be in a cover with contestant name, phone number, and track# listed on front.
- All contestant must submitt their music no later than 10am Friday November 12th, 2010. CDs can be mailed to P.O.Box 93 , Hampton GA 30228.
Vendors:
- Vendor tables must be paid on or before November 1st, 2010 / 5:00pm. Vendors donations for tables an be made via Pa Pal Credit Card on this site, or cash, check, money order direct deposit into Wachovia Bank Account #
- Tables may be split at a 25% off the original donation per vendor. 1 table, 2 vendors on same table $75.00 donation each vendor.
- All vendors must have their company name displayed and offer a minium discount of 5% to customers.
