Youth Talent EXPO & Competition

All payments and Donations can be made via, credit cards or debit cards on this site.

Contestant Registration Payment:

$25. per individual                                                                                       $50. per group. 3 to 8 individuals is considered a group                                       Payments can be made via Credit Card below.

Vendor Registraion & Booth Purchases

Importat Information:                                                                                 The booth cost includes: a 10X10 booth, 8 foot dressed table, two chairs, and trash can. Power is avaiable at an additional cost; per the request of the vendor. All power reservations must be reserved four weeks prior to event. *Vendor tables may be shared; but an additional 10%  per vendor is applied to the split price for the extra processing fee. Vendors may set their booths up to suit their merchandise or service, but must maintain a family friendly presentation. However the table dressings/cloths & skirts must be unifirmed. Banners may be hung; but the attachments are the responsibility of the booth occupant not the GC or YTE&C.

Vendor shared cost breakdown; total cost per vendor at half the cost of $275.00 = $137.5 plus 10% of $137.5 = $13.75 = total per vendor $151.25)

You also have the option to stop at your nearest Wachovia Bank and make your Registration payment/deposit in cash, money order or check form

IMPORTANT: Make your check/money order payable to K.Y.M.M. Inc. and memo to: Youth Talent EXPO Registration with the account # 2000029066599. Your cancelled check & deposit receipt will serve as your receipt. Please hold on to all generated paperwork for your records. Thank you.

Prize Information: There is a cash prize for the GRAND winner of the competition. This information will be announced at the end of vendor registration, as this registration will determine the cash prize value. All contestants will receive a special gift from the vendors who participate in the expo. There is a first, second, and third place winner in each age group, but only the first place winners will compete for the grand prize. Age groups 4-9, 10-14 &15-18

Official Registration:                                                                                  Registeration begins June 1st, 2012 & ends November 8th, 2012 @ 5pm.

Performers: Established Performers are welcome to performer at the 2012 Expo. There is a $15.00 donation to the Youth Talent EXPO & Competition in order to perform during this day. Our recommendation is; It would be to your advantage to be a contestant. Performers will be selected according to age on a list of 20, first come basis. Performers will not be elegible to win prizes, but may network with persons who may assist them in their future endevors.

Newly added To the Youth Talent EXPO is the "NEW Art Exibit Competition" This events registration will be offered FREE for the "2012" Event. Art must be framed and ready to display or hang. Winner will receive a Cash Prize, Trophy that places 1st, 2nd, or 3rd. and a gift basket of art supplis from an Art Store. Good Luck!!!

This is a family event designed to pull the families of today together; because we all know there is so much pulling them apart these days. We need your help with this endevor.
